Nouria, a top 30 chain on the east coast, is a leader in this trend and has created an incredible scratch-made foodservice program. In 2025, we partnered with Nouria to bring awareness to its made-to-order food options in the New England area.

Nouria is a rapidly growing convenience store chain in New England. In 2023, they sought to launch several food service brands including their flagship, Nouria's Kitchen. We developed the strategy and creative for the campaign, designed to acquire new customers beyond the pump.

Our creative team focused on high-quality video to show the process of scratch-made menu items being made fresh in Nouria's kitchens rather than the more popular UGC-style videos on social platforms. This allowed us to give credibility to the foodservice program against the common perception that convenience store food is all roller grills and heat lamps.
