Convenience stores are evolving. 72% of American consumers now see c-stores as a viable alternative to quick service restaurants. Nouria, a top 30 chain on the east coast, is a leader in this trend and has created an incredible scratch-made foodservice program. In 2025, we partnered with Nouria to bring awareness to its made-to-order food options in the New England area.
Our creative team focused on high-quality video to show the process of scratch-made menu items being made fresh in Nouria's kitchens rather than the more popular UGC-style videos on social platforms. This allowed us to give credibility to the foodservice program against the common perception that convenience store food is all roller grills and heat lamps.
We partnered with our friends at Index to bring this campaign to life in New Hampshire. Our crew had a great time working alongside them and food stylist Ellie Schmidly to showcase Nouria's scratch made menu in a new way.
